I bought 2 of these for my boys for Christmas, they loved them! Even my oldest son, he made it jump up our stairs. My 6 yr old took it to school for show "n" tell, everyone thought it was cool. I would definitely buy again. Only negative I would say is, it took awhile to get to me, but I believe that had to do with our postal service at the time of my purchase, they were striking, but I got it in time for Christmas, happy about that!

I had very good customer service from this company but was so very disappointed when I ordered three & had to pay £45 import tax before I could get them delivered to us. I paid delivery but the choice I was left with was not pay import tax & lose my money or pay the extra. Would never order more items if this is what happenes. Weren’t told about this before hand. As it was Christmas time this money was very hard to find. Could have bought more presents with that £45 very very disappointed.

I ordered 2 of these in November in plenty of time for Xmas. I tracked my parcel and became very frustrated when it took so long before it even entered the U.K. Then on arrival here took absolutely ages to be transported from Heathrow airport to the Royal Mail depot. I eventually recieved my parcel on 28th Dec. Not good for a Christmas gift. Also upon delivery ì had to pay a customs payment of another £38 approx on top of the delivery charges which had never been mentioned prior to placing my order. My grandsons enjoy playing with their gifts but I would think carefully before placing another order.

I haven't actually seen them using them but my daughter sent a photo showing her hubby playing with it and said perhaps we should have bought one for the" OTHER kid" so that tells me they were a hit. Order placed 19th November & money taken from paypal, received email with tracking number, advised rough timescale. Tried to track item after a couple of weeks but code not recognised. Tried contacting company by email . No response. Tried chat on Facebook page. Response very slow. Complained & got a reply from the manager but didn't answer questions. After more than 30 days emailed to say i was going to claim money back through PayPal. No response. Eventually had card from post office asking for import duty to be paid plus handling fee. This didn't say where the parcel was from. Paud fee. Parcel delivered just in time for Christmas. Eventually had an email from company mid January telling me that parcel was with local post office. I am advised that it is a small company. The timescales on thus are unacceptable. I will not be ordering again.
