Customer satisfaction is a priority to us. If your product is damaged or has any issue please contact us at email@example.com so we can remedy the situation. For damaged or defective items we ask that you provide a picture showing the damage or defect so we can determine if it fits our criteria for a free return. If approved we will work as quickly as possible to send you a replacement product free of charge.
We accept returns on all unopened and unused items within 30 days of when you receive them. For items that do not meet the criteria above you will be required to return the items at your own expense and will be refunded the original purchase price of the items (not including shipping costs).

Generally, under circumstances where products are damaged or lost in transit or where we have made a mistake we will offer a rush replacement or a refund. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund for lost or damaged items. For items that are returned unused and unopened a refund of the minus shipping costs will be issued. It takes up to 30 days from when the item is returned for your return to be processed and a refund be credited back to your account.

Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the return can be properly applied to your account.
Unless your item is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
